On the afternoon of Monday, 13 July 2026, H.E. Lieutenant General Dok Sopha, Rector of the National Defence University, received a courtesy call and held a working discussion with Lieutenant Colonel Olivier Legrand, Head of the French Defence Cooperation Mission in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The meeting aimed to review the progress of military education cooperation achieved in the past, as well as to discuss various initiatives and cooperation plans to be implemented in the near future. The discussion also focused on further strengthening and expanding cooperation between the National Defence University and the French side.
