On the afternoon of Monday, January 15, 2024, His Excellency Lt. General DOK Sopha, Rector of the National Defense University, received a Courtesy Call from the Australian delegation led by Captain Bernard YORK, RAN, the outgoing Australian Defense Attaché to the Kingdom of Cambodia for a farewell protocol visit and to introduce Group Captain Tony PECK, the incoming Australian Defense Attaché. On this occasion, Captain Bernard YORK also introduced Major Jamie STEELE, the new Defense Cooperation Education Officer, who will replace the outgoing Major Mark HUGHES.

On the afternoon of Monday, January 8, trainees of the 17th National Defense Training Course of the National Defense University presented a report on the five-day study visit commencing from December 25-29, 2023 in the Northeast region to acquire knowledge and experience regarding the geography of this particular region of Cambodia, and especially to prepare themselves for the upcoming exam.

In the afternoon of Friday, December 29, 2023, the leadership team and military instructors of the college of Social Science and Languages paid a courtesy call and wished His Excellency Lt. General DOK Sopha, Rector of the National Defense University on the occasion of the New Year 2024 celebration.
