To encourage our frontline troops fighting against the Siamese invaders, support victims along the border, and contribute to safeguarding the territorial integrity of our Cambodian homeland, all compatriots are invited to participate in a voluntary blood donation on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the National Defense University. This initiative is organized by the Samdech Techo Youth Volunteer Doctors Association (TYDA).
