On the afternoon of Monday, 29 June 2026, in response to the need to strengthen human resource development in the fields of military logistics and troop sustainment, and to enhance effectiveness in line with strategic objectives while achieving tangible outcomes, the National Defense University, in collaboration with the Prek Leap National Institute of Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, officially launched a short training course on "Vegetable, Fruit, and Animal Husbandry Techniques" at the Prek Leap National Institute of Agriculture. The training course aims to enhance participants' theoretical knowledge and practical skills in vegetable cultivation, fruit production, and animal husbandry techniques to support military logistics and troop sustainment. It also seeks to strengthen the capabilities of students from the Faculty of Military Logistics and Finance by equipping them with practical knowledge and skills that can be effectively applied in their respective military units upon graduation. Through this initiative, the University aspires to contribute to improving the effectiveness, sustainability, and operational readiness of military logistics and troop sustainment in meeting the practical needs of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.
