On the afternoon of Friday, August 15, 2025, His Excellency Lieutenant General DOK Sopha, Rector of the National Defense University, graciously took time out of his busy schedule to meet with and provide recommendations, guidance, and encouragement to students and trainees from all courses of the National Defense University, urging them to study diligently, strengthen personal discipline, and become valuable human capital to serve the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces in the future.
