On the morning of Wednesday, September 24, 2025, His Excellency Lieutenant General DOK Sopha, Rector of the National Defence University, accompanied His Excellency General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, in laying a lotus wreath to honor the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The ceremony marked the 32nd Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Constitution (September 24, 1993 – September 24, 2025) and was held at the Constitution Palace.
