On Saturday, August 2, 2025, at the refugee site in Wat Bat Tkao, Bat Tkao Village, Chong Kal Commune, Chong Kal District, Oddar Meanchey Province, His Excellency Lieutenant General DOK Sopha, Rector of the National Defence University, personally led the National Defence University team to: • Deliver essential materials and food to the refugees • Sanitize the refugee site to prevent the spread of infectious diseases • Continue health screenings and provide treatment for minor illnesses among the refugees Once again, the National Defence University expresses its deepest gratitude and immense pride in the team’s unwavering dedication and sacrifice, both physically and mentally, in supporting our compatriots displaced during these challenging times.
