In the afternoon of Monday, 20 July 2026, His Excellency Lieutenant General DOK Sopha, Rector of the National Defence University, received a courtesy call and held an exchange of views with a delegation from the Military Science Institute of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, led by Brigadier General Nguyen Dinh Chung, Political Director of the Military Science Institute of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The meeting focused on discussions under the topic: “Assessment of the Current Situation and Proposed Solutions to Strengthen and Enhance Defence and Security Cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia in the Future.”
